Coast Electric announces more promotions, reorganization details | Environment

Coast Electric:

Kiln, Miss., - Coast Electric Power Association has recently reorganized several departments to ensure more efficient operations for the company and its 78,000 members in Hancock, Harrison and Pearl River counties.

Jackie Francis was promoted from Billing Supervisor to Billing and Collections Supervisor. The company’s field services branch is now under the direction of Francis.

John Thompson was promoted from Senior Field Service Representative to Field Service Supervisor. Field service employees in Hancock and Pearl River counties will now be under Thompson’s direction.

Shannon Howard was promoted from Senior Member Service Representative to Mobile Workforce Management Specialist.

Shannon Crowder assumed the additional responsibilities of risk management for the cooperative.

Debra Sage, Systems Administrator, assumed additional IT responsibilities, including working as a liaison between Coast Electric and the co-op’s member data system provider.

Clement Ladner, Vice President of Safety, Fleets Services and ROW, assumed the additional responsibility of system-wide vehicle maintenance.
Rodney Beech, Safety Training and Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator, will directly oversee the Gulfport Vehicle Maintenance Shop and the Kiln Vehicle Maintenance Shop.
Bill Scretching was promoted from Assistant Shop Supervisor to Shop Supervisor for the Kiln vehicle maintenance shop.

Kendall Ladner was promoted from System Engineer I to Senior System Engineer and assumed responsibility for supervising all system engineering technicians.

Jeremy Bond was promoted from System Engineer I to Senior System Engineer and assumed the responsibility of managing system GIS functions.

Senior Warehouseman Wade Cuevas was promoted to Apprentice Meter Technician.

Chris Head transferred from Underground Lineman II to Apprentice Substation Technician.        

Senior Field Service Representative Brian Griffin was promoted to Apprentice Substation Technician.

Robert Necaise Jr. was promoted from Maintenance Technician to Apprentice Substation Technician.

Jason Farve was promoted from Journeyman Lineman to Construction Foreman.

Jonathan Slaydon transferred from Lineman I to Serviceman II.

Tony Martin was promoted from Serviceman I to Construction Foreman.

Kendrick Ladner was promoted from Senior Field Service Representative to Apprentice Lineman.
